Easy Returns and Exchanges

Note: All shipping rates are calculated upon checkout.

Any unused items may be returned for 30 days; with return shipping paid by the Customer. Any items purchased that are broken upon delivery, not working, defective, or incorrect may be returned; with return shipping paid by Lab Society. The majority of our items carry a manufacturer’s warranty and are covered against defects for up to one year, depending on the product.Glassware products are shipped with extra care; however, accidents happen. In the case of broken glassware upon delivery, please let us know within 10 days of receiving the product. If glassware is broken post-delivery, during usage, and/or due to poor storage, any standard warranty is void.

Return Guidelines

1. Please send an email to [email protected] with a full description of the problem/defect, along with images or videos for proof if possible.
2. Once contacted by our staff and assigned a Return Authorization Number (RA#), you will be instructed as to where to send the damaged items.
