Welch BTpro vacuum pumps provide reliable performance and high flow for your rotary evaporator, glass reactor, vacuum purge oven, or winterization & filtration apparatus.
Welch BTpro vacuum pumps are oil-free chemical duty diaphragm vacuum pumps. They include PTFE heads and diaphragms for maximum chemical resistance.
All wetted surfaces are made from fluoroplastic, making the pumps maintenance-free. However, a cold trap should always be used between the vacuum pump and application to prevent downstream contamination.
All BTpro models employ patented valve and diaphragm technology to generate a deep vacuum. The BTpro 40 & 70 also have a built-in vacuum control, for more precise evaporation rates. This helps mitigate accidental bumping or foaming during evaporation.
