Nanofiltration membranes allow for energy efficient remediation of colors as well as solvent recovery all in one skid.
They eliminate or greatly reduce the consumable cost for removing unwanted colors and recovery of ethanol.
Each nanofiltration membrane skid dramatically reduces downstream evaporation by using the efficiency of ethanol recovery membranes. Each nanofiltration membrane system uses up to 90% less energy than a falling film.
Elevated Equipment Nanofiltration Membranes are designed for regenerative use for longer lifespan compared to traditional filtration methods.
These multi-function nanofiltration skids are designed for performance and expandability. Color remediation upgrades can be added to every skid up to the total number of expandable elements in multiples of two. The skid’s can also be configured to be exclusively setup for color remediation only.
