This optimized 4-stage filtration skid is designed for filtering ethanol solution from biomass extraction.
The lenticular filter includes four different types of filters in one filtration assembly skid to handle all types of filtering needs. It can be used for pre-filtration, particulate and haze removal, fat and wax removal, decolorization, and fine particulate removal.
Standard Features:
- Stainless steel frame with casters and handles
- 1.5″ stainless steel piping and connections
- Air driven pump to control flow between 0-15 GPM
- Housings – (2)12″ lenticular, (1) bag, and (1) cartridge
- 0-60 PSI stainless steel pressure gauges
- V-Band clamp closures
- Sight glass for monitoring color/clarity
- Housing vents and inlet/outlet drains
