Gear Pumps

A gear pump is a type of displacement pump that moves liquid through the meshing action of two or more gears.

Gear pumps are an excellent choice for moving high-viscosity liquids that would be too thick to be pumped by other types of pumps. There are many applications for gear pumps in processing facilities and laboratories, such as to feed or discharge high-viscosity crude oil in distillation applications.
