Vacuum Grease

Vacuum grease is a lubricant and sealant that is used in vacuum systems. Without vacuum grease, many applications would fail to achieve the necessary vacuum pressures to effectively operate.

In the case of ground glass joints, like the ones on our short path kits, vacuum grease allows users to effectively seal the space between the joints as well as keep the joints from becoming stuck together after prolonged use.
