PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

PPE (or personal protective equipment), is designed to provide protection to the user while working in a hazardous space.

PPE comes in a variety of forms, such as helmets, goggles, lab coats or jackets, face masks, respirators, and gloves.

PPE is required by many jurisdictions to ensure a safe working environment.  PPE may protect the wearer from physical harm, electrical shock, heat, chemical or biohazards, or airborne particulate.
